Henry returned to the Publish What You Fund team in November 2023 as Programme Manager for our localisation work. Between 2019 and 2022 Henry helped to deliver our humanitarian and localisation projects as well as the Aid Transparency Index. He has a mix of programmes and research experience within the development sector focusing on Africa and Asia. Henry has previously worked for Feed the Minds and the Open Society Foundations London, interned at the Environmental Justice Foundation, and volunteered with VSO. Henry has a MSc in violence, conflict, and development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
