Definition
The identity of the shareholders holding above 10% of total shares of client companies should be disclosed.
A statement regarding the ultimate beneficial ownership of client companies should be disclosed. An ultimate beneficial owner is the person that is the ultimate beneficiary when an institution initiates a transaction.
