Definition
The description of the activity is a meaningful descriptive text, longer than the title, explaining what the activity is.
A project rationale is the reason an activity is taking place. The rationale could be a narrative or a theory of change.
The expected outcomes are the development objectives that the activity intends to achieve. The expected outcomes may be reported as a narrative.
Additional definitions and notes
The description of the activity needs to contain a minimum of 80 characters in order to be considered a description rather than just a title.
The information can be contained in more than one web page, data field and/or document.
