Open Data for Development Fair 2015
On November 11th our CEO, Rupert Simons, will be speaking at the Open Data for Development Fair in the Hague.
Rupert will share the work that Publish What You Fund is doing on IATI data and discuss the next challenge – using the data to improve decision-making, accountability and learning at country level. Starting with his own experiences of helping to tackle Ebola in Sierra Leone, he’ll look at how open aid data has helped with decision-making and accountability in different contexts – and when it has fallen short. What lessons can we learn as we strive to foster greater data use at country level?
