Congratulations to the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) for publishing its aid data to the Foreign Assistance Dashboard today, almost a year on from the launch.

We applaud MCC for being the first U.S. agency to publish their “spent” data. Similarly, within the Publish What You Fund 2011 Pilot Aid Transparency Index, MCC was the only U.S. agency to publish a three year forward planning budget demonstrating that it is possible for U.S. agencies to publish their planning, obligation and spent data.

MCC scores 7^th on the Index and ranks 1st out of the 6 U.S. agencies included. We look forward to the publication of the rest of the agencies aid data.
